Our Median Sales Price for February was $9,375,000, up 17.2% from $8,000,000 in February of 2020 and up 10.3% from $8,500,000 last month. The average sales price in February was $12,037,500, up 49.5% from $8,050,000 in February of 2020 and up 24.6% from $9,659,250 last month. February 2021 ASP was at highest level compared to February of 2020 and 2019.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of February was 84, up 6.3% from 79 last month and up 40.0% from 60 in February of last year. February 2021 Inventory was at highest level compared to February of 2020 and 2019.
